The Rescue The Republic Event is located on the West end of the National Mall between the Washington Monument and the World War II Memorial.
Address: 58–78 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20230 (38.89148° N, 77.03393° W)
Gate Locations:
- Gate 1: Is located off 15th ST NW and Constitution Ave NW, directly North of the Washington Monument.
- Gate 2: Is located on the South end of the event perimeter, off the Urban Trek and South Washington Monument Pathway. South of the Washington Monument.
When To Arrive:
Rescue the Republic: Join the Resistance will run from 12pm to 7pm on Sunday, September 29th. Please check the prohibited items list below.
For Security and Safety Reasons the following are NOT allowed at the event.
- Smoking;
- Food and drink (except sealed food, water, & baby formula in clear plastic containers);
- Grooming tools such as: fingernail clippers and tweezers
- Bags larger than 18 x 16 x 8 inches;
- Animals (except service animals);
- Glass or ceramics;
- Weapons (including any object with a blade or point including pocket-knives, scissors, nail-clippers, tweezers, etc);
- Ammunition;
- Mace or aerosols (Sunscreen, Deodorant, Bug Repellant, etc);
- Lighters;
- Vaporizers/E-Cigarettes;
- Explosives or highly flammable substances
NOTICE: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on National Park Service property, including the National Mall.
Food & Beverage Locations: Food trucks will be located along Constitution Ave NW, East of 15th St NW.
Along The National Mall:
- Sweet Home Cafe: Located inside The National Museum of African American History
- Pavillion Cafe: Located between the National Museum of Art & the National Museum of Natural History
